Double L® Large Arbor Fly Reel est évalué 4.3 de 5 de 18.
Rated 2 de 5 de par Defective Mount to Rod Purchase DBL L Rod & Reel 2016. Used reel few times on Sage 5wt no issues nice reel. Unable to mount today first time on DBL L 6wt. Upon inspection mount arm to rod is not flush. Mount on Sage was not an issue due to more clearance. Would give 4/5 stars if no issue. Warranty ?? Thanks

Rated 4 de 5 de par Well built smooth drag Looking forward to using the larger arbor reel. The description say interchangeable spool, still scratching my head. There is not a spool release on the reel, yet L.L.Bean sells an extra spool. Maybe on the older models?? If your fishing a floating line and want to change to a sink tip the spool should come off? I have five fly rods everyone has a spool release on the reel, maybe a question for customer service. It could be a deal breaker for me.

Rated 5 de 5 de par Awesome Reel I love this reel. It looks and feels phenomenal, with a great finish and excellent construction. It comes with a nice fabric reel case as well. The drag system is very good, although not quite as nice as some higher end reels with more complex engineering. Thats to be expected at this price point. Overall, Im very happy with this reel. Id recommend it to anyone looking for a good machined aluminum freshwater reel for under 200 dollars.

Rated 5 de 5 de par Double L large arbor fly reel Absolutely the best money can buy. I've been using these reels for about 10 years and have never had a problem with any of them. I now have approximately 11 of this very same reel and all of them are tough and dependable. Mike's Fly Fishing Guide Service - Eureka Springs, Arkansas

Rated 5 de 5 de par S.P. # 2 Highly recommend. First off, the reel is made very well. Secondly, I purchased back in 2008 on the recommendation of a pro fly fisherman. Glad I took his advice. Very first time I went fly fishing. I was hooked immediately. The reel made everything nice and trouble free for a newby like myself. No backlash issues whatsoever. 12 years later and I am still using the same trouble free reel.

Rated 2 de 5 de par Poor Drag The machining is decent. Finish seems OK. The drag, however, is sub-par. Tightened all the way down, to the point of barely being able to loosen it, the drag barely hits what I would consider "medium." It just doesn't get very tight. Also, I would consider this medium-arbor. It's not large compared to my other reels. At this price point, I wouldn't recommend this reel. Pay just a bit more for a reel from a different company and get something much better quality.

Rated 4 de 5 de par Solid, but uncertain future Bought this looking for a lower priced Korean made reel with good reviews. I own some repairable USA made reels and some Korean made. Cannot justify every reel being pricey, so tried this one. Quality is very good - similar to Sage 4280 in weight, refined feel and arbor size - max drag feels stronger than Sage but maybe not quite as smooth at normal lower settings. Will probably keep this as steelhead type reel and out of the salt. No complaints so far but what about long term? With warranty change at Bean, what happens when there is a problem later I can't fix? Then perhaps not such a bargain.
