Men's Everyday Chino Socks, Lightweight Two-Pack is rated 4.2 out of 5 by 115.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great socks---stupid colors I have many pairs of these LL Bean socks---in both the lightweight and midweight variations. They are absolutely wonderful, comfortable and I think they actually keep me feet from smelling!!! HOWEVER----since I tend to wear these socks with jeans, I like the navy blue ones----and it upsets me that I cannot buy 2 pair of the navy blue socks, I have to buy one pair of stupid striped ones to get a pair of the ones I want. If you buy black or charcoal you can get two pair alike however----I simply do not understand it. If they think their customers are so in love with the blue striped socks---sell them in two pair combos, and offer the plain navy ones in two pair combos.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Sock, Disastrous Marketing Hands down the best dress sock I have found. I have several pairs of the mid weight version and unfortunately only one pair of the lightweight variety. After testing the mid weight over a winter and a trial pair of lightweights I needed to order several pair but found they were out of stock the latter part of 2013 into the early part of 2014. Great news that a product I need is now available! Bad news is I am forced to purchase a striped version as part of a two pack. This I will not do. Please, bring these back as a single purchase item or if you have to do a two pack, at least get rid of the striped clown sock version!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well-made, lightweight socks with good support. Nice to have thin socks with a little support so they don't fall down. Look good as dress socks too. These are NOT heavily padded, cushioned hiking socks. Best quality? They hold their shape, unlike so many stretchy, one size fits all socks mass produced today. How do I know? Had 15 pairs of the LL Bean Everyday Chino Lightweight Socks for several years. Discontinued a while ago, so I had to look for another source. Wasted a lot of time and postage returning everything I looked at. Well-made of good materials, they will last a long time without becoming limp. LL Bean is the only source to consider.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent socks I am not a doctor nor would I pretend to be, but these socks are not only comfortable for my husband, but he swears they are helping his feet from swelling. My husband has heart problems and his feet and ankles swell. He has used the medical store compression socks recommended by his doctors but they have not helped. I got him these socks and he just started using them. Within 3 days, he says his swelling has gone down and he feels better. He loves them! He said they seem to feel good in the right spots to help his feet and ankles but are not too tight. I am happy and just ordered more. I give them 5 stars for that alone!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lightweight Everyday Chino Sock These are very well-made socks. I bought them in place of the midweight sock in the same product line, which I found to be too bulky. Be sure to wash them in cold water, to prevent shrinkage. One issue I have is that I wish the color would be solid throughout on the socks that are not black. Who wants two-tone socks, especially when they show above the tops of one's footwear? What were they thinking when they came up with that idea? I'd also appreciate more color variety, such as black coffee [dark brown] and black spruce [dark green]. I fully expect to get lots of good and useful wear from both pairs I purchased [in black]. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good socks! I bought these socks for myself in the color black. They are lightweight and warm with quite a bit of stretch to them and they are not so tight that they leaves marks on your legs (an indication that they are cutting off the circulation to your feet!). I was hoping size medium would shrink a bit but they did not hence they are a bit large for a size medium (I wear a size 8-1/2/9 wide in women's shoes). They washed up and dried in the dryer just fine and I would recommend them to anyone that needs some plain black socks that are warm and have a bit of "give" to them. Would definitely buy these again. Thanks L.L. Bean! :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Why No Blue? These are great socks. I've been wearing the light weight ones for several years, and I couldn't be happier with them. I have them in black, gray and taupe. My complaint is that you don't have them in blue. You sell blue chinos. Why not blue socks to go with the blue chinos? You used to have a two pack with one pair of blue, but to get that pair, you had to buy a pair of striped socks fit for a clown. I'd never wear such socks, so in effect I'd be paying double for a pair of blue socks. Other customers have been making the same request for years, but you ignore them, as probably will ignore me as well. LLBEAN, WHY NO BLUE CHINO SOCKS??????

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Sock but watch the new sizes I first have to say I'm a size 11 shoe / sock size. I bought a pair of these socks a few years ago and bought large and they fit perfectly. I decided to buy another pair and I've waited 3 months eagerly for their new shipment to come in only to find the large socks fit like an an X-Large. The heal was way up on my ankle. LL Bean was nice enough to send me a medium and these fit perfectly with the heal in the right spot. It looks like there was a mistake with the measurements in this past shipment since when I put my old pair of Chino (Large) socks up against the new Medium pair and they seemed exactly the same. I did order a Large size before (verified with LL Bean). Just a heads up to any potential purchaser.
