Women's Bean Boots, 7" Shearling-Lined Lounger is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 110.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Heel too wide I need warm waterproof boots to wear in my horse barn. I had a pair of LL Bean leather boots that zippered and were shearling lined that I loved, but the zipper broke and they don't offer the style any longer. I purchased these after trying a few other styles. I do like the easy on and off, but the sole isn't lined and the heel area is excessively wide. They are okay for barn chores, but I wouldn't be able to walk any distance in them. Noting that these boots are already over $200, I've ordered the shearling insoles (haven't arrived yet) with hopes that they make them a little snugger. I'm hoping that will help.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Very uncomfortable Bought these back in January and they were on backorder till end of March so when I finally received them the went unopened until just a few weeks ago. I was expecting them to be pretty much the same quality as my 20 year old pair but was quickly disappointed. The seam where the rubber meets the leather rubs painfully against my heel. The old pair has a nice strip of leather that runs the full length of the inside back of the boot and there is absolutely no discomfort where rubber meets leather. Sorry LL but these are on the way back. I will continue to wear the old pair for now and hopefully sometime in the very near future this problem will be corrected.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Please line footbed with shearling It's been raining quite a bit here in NorCal lately. I was hoping to upgrade my old 10" lace-ups, which I've never been entirely happy with because of the tedious lace-up/unlacing ritual. Also, I can never wear socks with boots of any kind because they always end up in my toes. I was ready to buy these slip on, shearling-lined loungers until I realized that the footbed is NOT lined with shearling. Thinsulate will just not do. Basically what I'm looking for is an LLBean Duck Boot on the outside and an Ugg boot on the inside. C'mon LLBean....PLEASE?!?!?!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from BEAN BOOTS I love my Bean Boots! They are so soft and warm and comfy and I know they will last me forever-- I'm a farm girl and I use these boots for everything from mucking out pens to cleaning out the little branch that runs beside the rabbit hutches and walking on wet cold days with the dogs. And if I need to run an errand, I just rinse off the waterproof bottoms and get in the car and go with out changing them into something nicer because there is no need-- Nothing is nicer then these boots. Anything and everything I order from LL Bean, for myself or as a gift is always perfect.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from NOT a warm or weather-resistant boot. I have been wearing these boots here in Wisconsin and unfortunately, these boots are not good for winter wear. The shearling does not line the entire boot but only forms a cuff around the top of the boot. This shearling cuff does not prevent snow from entering the boot. There is no insulation in the toe box or around the foot at all, and as a consequence, they do not keep your feet warm. I thought I could wear these for walking the dogs in the winter but they're not water-resistant either--cold, wet feet every time!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My favorite cold-weather boots I love these boots! For me, they feel true to size and were very comfortable right out of the box (I'm a size 7, and I ordered a size 7). They don't fit as snugly as a pair of lace-up boots would, but since they're pull-on loungers, I didn't expect them to. They're perfect for keeping my feet warm and dry in the ice and snow (we've had a couple of snowstorms already this year; these boots have been great), and I love that I can just pull them on and run out the door. They look adorable with leggings; and they have much better arch support than I expected. I've added a pair of sheepskin insoles, and now they're decadently comfortable/toasty.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from comfortable and convenient i am a women’s size 8 1/2 and ordered the 8 in these boots. they fit perfectly with room to spare for thick socks. i purchase a sheerling wool liner on amazon for the footbed, and with that i often just slip them on with no socks for running errands. it feels like i am wearing slippers outside- very comfortable. i can still wear thick socks with the shearling liner no problem to have a warmer experience. they are easy to slip on and are a perfect height/ not too tall or too short. i have only had them about a month so winter hasnt kicked in full force yet, but i see no reason to think they wont work well in heavy snow conditions. they appear well constructed, look good, and i expect they will last a very long time. highly recommended!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great boots My husband and I own similar boots to these except that ours zip up--I no longer see that option. We really like the convenience of the zipper but this boot probably would also be convenient. Our boots are at least 4 to 5 years old and we wear them every winter. They are warm and keep your feet dry. The only problem is the lining isn't attached to the boot foot so the lining often comes up when you take your foot out (sticks to the sock) but perhaps adhesive is hard on the shearling liner. We still think these LL Bean boots are terrific!
