Ultraplush Sateen Blanket, PrimaLoft-Filled is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 274.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cuddly warm blanket We LOVE the Ultraplush blanket. It is soft and warm, light weight and pretty too. It feels like sleeping under a luxurious fur. We put the sateen finish on top, which is clean and smooth for a nice finish. It washes and dries well -- no bunching, shedding, or wrinkles. The only reason we give it a 4 is because the queen size should be about 12 inches WIDER. There's now enough material for a 12 inch drop over each side, which is fine when there's no one in the bed. As soon as two people get under it, the drop disappears and you are right at the edge of the material. Also, LLB should sew the label on the furry side, so it won't show. .

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Unhappy While this is a beautiful blanket, especially the color Bluegrass, it sheds terribly. I was forwarned by reading the reviews, but, it really sheds!. I think the shedding also irritated my eyes. I might have tried washing the blanket to see if the shedding lessened but the blanket also slides all over the bed. If I got up during the night, I had to pull the blanket back onto my side of the bed as it had slipped over a foot or two. If LLBean would make this blanket without the fleece, I would buy it again. In the meantime, I purchased a down-alternative comforter to use in the Fall, until it is cold enough for my down comforter,

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfie... Cozy, Enough Said! These blankets are unbelievable - a must buy. I purchased 2 Queen size blankets for lounging around on the couches last year. Seems kinda big for a couch right? Ummm I don't think so if you like to wrap the blanket around your legs and feet and get all warm and comfie, cozy. I have washed them multiple times in my washer/dryer and we use them everyday. When drying them I use tennis balls and on low heat and they dry within 40 mins or so. They have held up like they are still new... not fraying, not pilling, nada! I would definitely recommend owning a few of these! Whenever we have guest over they have complete blanket envy and want to take it home with them. Well worth the money paid.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect! This blanket is exactly what I was hoping for. It is so comfortable and warm. I am using it as a comforter on my queen-size bed and it covers it perfectly with enough hanging down on each side. It lays nicely and looks great on the bed. I ordered the gray and really love it. I am not sure what some of the reviewers are experiencing when it comes to "sliding off the bed". I have no issue with this at all. No problem with "fur" coming off either as other reviewers had mentioned. I did pop it in the dryer on air fluff when I received it just for that reason. Hardly any lint at all. Love it and very happy with this purchase!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Almost perfect with one exception This blanket is very cozy, very warm and very well made, but the king size is too short to tuck in at the foot. Why tuck it in? Well if you use the blanket with the plush side down (as the product picture shows), this blanket will gradually slip off the bed during the night. We have a 14" thick mattress which is about standard these days and at 90" long, the blanket is 10" too short to tuck in unless you want it to come up mid-chest. A work-around is to use the blanket plush side up but it isn't as cozy that way, looks weird and it's obviously not the way it was designed to be used.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Warm and cozy! This blanket is very warm and cozy. We keep our heat at 60° and only need cotton sheets (with premium Supima flannel pillowcases from L.L. Bean) and this blanket on our bed to keep us warm. I like how you can have the sateen showing for one look or flip it over and have the fleece showing for a different look. I think the driftwood color blanket with the fleece side up would look great with LL Beans sheepskin throw pillow but we have the Bluegrass color. The blanket does tend to shift (my husband has a tendency to unintentionally hog the covers) but we solved this problem by tucking in just the bottom part of the blanket at the foot of our bed. The fleece side is so soft and silky.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Light, softandoh so warm The whole family got these for christmas and we couldn't be happier. They are extreamly light weight and very very warm. I had asked the helpline which was warmer, down or primloft and she steered me to the primaloft. I was sceptical since I have been sleeping under down for 35 years, but she was absolutely correct - these are the warmest duvets we have ever had. As for the noise some peple commented on, that crinkly sound accompanies all my down duvets so I guess I didn't notice until I was listening for it. Also the fury side is soft and cosy, so much so my teenager can't seem to wake up since he got his, he says his bed is like heaven! Love love love these.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great blanket, HORRIBLE shedding I was beyond devastated to send this blanket back. It was incredibly warm, soft, and had an excellent weight to it which I found very comforting. The drawback was the material used on the "plush" underside, it shed like the dickens! I tried to convince myself that I could live with this one flaw. However it would get on my pajamas and then transfer to everything else in the wash. I began to find this fuzz everywhere including my kitchen towels and then even floating into food from my clothes as I cooked! With a heavy heart I've returned it and lint rolled all of my laundry for the final time. I really hope to see an update of this item with a more durable fabric on the underside because in every other aspect it was a fantastic quilt!
