Heavyweight Recycled Waterhog Doormat, Locked Circles is rated 4.8 out of 5 by 428.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic for handicap users Because of the beveled edge and no slip feature, walker/ wheelchair users can glide right over these water hog mats. Also, they can be trimmed (with sturdy scissors) to snug into a doorway threshold so that there is less rise to deal with. These are the only rugs that we have in our accessible home. Also, we keep a runner inside in the winter and place it outside on top of the snow and ice to to make a slippery free walkway. After about 15+ years, they make terrific garage rugs. We have about 20 of these mats and would not consider any other. To best clean, hold rug on it's side and tap on a hard surface.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Repeat Buyer My mother-in-law gave us this rug as a housewarming gift, it is by-far, my absolute favorite rug in the world. We have 2 dogs, and every time they would run and play we were constantly straightening the rugs back in place.. but with these rugs, they don't move! They have excellent grip on the bottom. We have had our rug by the back door for 2 years and it still looks as good as the day she gave it to us! Since then, we have bought one for the front door and the side door - don't waste your money on cheap rugs, go ahead and splurge on this one... I promise, you will not regret it AND you will have it for forever!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from quality We had just completed having hardwoods installed throughout our house and we needed a protective floor covering at a few places. One of the areas that we were concerned about was the area from the garage to the house and from the back porch into the back hallway. We ordered the large runner for the garage into the house area and the small mat for the back door. These rugs have been a life saver! They hold up to the traffic, very easy to vacuum and clean. These mats also have a great backing which allows the mats to stay put where placed without harming the hardwoods We could not be more satisfied with these products. Thank you L.L.BEAN .

Rated 2 out of 5 by from not as expected This mat was not as expected, based upon catalog photos. I wanted something a bit more upscale for my front hall. I thought this would be it but, sad to say, this is more appropriate for an outside mat. Because it's called "waterhog," I thought it would wick moisture from the shoes of people coming into the house, so I could dispense with another rug that serves that purpose, but this mat isn't what I need. It functions well to brush dirt and soil from shoes and keep any water from leaking through to the flooring, but it doesn't dry the bottom of someone's shoes to keep them from tracking water through the house.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from ONLY issue is the color First, I LOVE these mats. Don't bother buying a knockoff. I've had one for nearly 15 years and just moved it to my lake house. This one to replace the older one is a prettier pattern with the Locked Circles, but don't be fooled by the color Khaki either in the catalogue or online. It is not even close --and that is somewhat disappointing as I was hoping it would blend in better with my lighter wooden floor. It is a LIGHTER BROWN than the one marked BROWN, friends. The company either needs to change the color name, or change the picture as you will be greatly disappointed if you are hoping it is as light in color as depicted. It's as close as I can get as I don't want brown any of the other color choices, but make sure you are okay with light brown vs the tan look shown before you purchase.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from So hard to clean I had a small waterhog doormat that I loved. My elderly dog needed more traction across our kitchen floor to go out the door so I ordered a new larger one. The brown is a different color than my other one so they don't match. Also this design has very little actual rug material. I was not expecting that. Most of it is just the background and only the design is raised and carpet like. Dirt gets in the lower area and it's so hard to get it out with the vacuum. I was pretty disappointed but it does give my dog the traction she needs to walk across the kitchen area so we kept it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from NOT Khaki but GREAT rug Bought this rug to be our entryway mat from back yard. Have a hound dog that gets into everything and even with freshly done nails manages to get mud in them. Husband & I are always working in the yard and going out & about. This rug gets a lot of usage! Wet & Dry, this has held up well for about a year now. I highly recommend. Easy to clean with a stiff brush or plain ol' vacuum (depending on the manner of the dirtiness). Still looks good as new. However, if you buy the khaki (like I did), do not in any way expect anything near khaki. Think brown-olive. I don't know how L.L. Bean can continue to sell this under "Khaki." Get it if you need a great sturdy rug that really holds water. We got the smaller one for under dog's water bowl on wood floors and it works fabulously!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Truly; Don't bother with Others I LOVE these mats. We have had the car mat in the trunk/back of whatever car we're driving, since 2006. Have had a large one at the back door protecting an antique wood floor since 2009 and just purchased 1 large & 1 med. (have 2 medium in my shopping cart ready to order) for the cabin floor of our boat. There is absolutely NOTHING like them. They are durable, easy to hose off and catch every little bit of stuff that might otherwise make it into the house. Shoes are left at the door and in a downpour I am very grateful the water hog is there catching the wet.
