Men's Cotton/Cashmere Sweater, Quarter-Zip is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 351.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Soft Comfortable Good Looking Sweater The material on this sweater is great next to the skin comfort - the t-shirt or under layer is optional but not needed. Stretches just right and the fit is great but not too snug. I am 6' - 190 lbs in good shape and got the large which is a nice streamline fit - not baggy. This is another one of those Bean products that becomes your favorite right out of the box. I will purchasing another color if they ever get them in stock - good selection but limited stock. Bean needs to let customers sign up for in stock e mail notifications on specific products and carry their service to the next level. Great sweater.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Men's Tall — Longer Torso but Short Arms I love to wear light weight, quarter zip sweaters to the office so I was excited to see these available. Then I read other reviews mentioning that the arms are fairly short especially for taller people. I'm 6'1, 170. I couldn't pass up the opportunity to find a new go-to source so I decided to order one color in Medium Tall and see how it fit me before ordering more colors. I noticed when I took it out of the package the torso of the sweater hung as low or lower than the arms. I tried it on — the arms were shorter on this sweater than on the regular sizes of other sweaters I own, but the torso was longer. Took me about 30 seconds to decide it wouldn't work for me, better luck to you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Fit, Soft, Comfortable Fits well in all the right places. Glad to see L L Bean moving away from long/baggy sizing. I am not a tall guy (5'5") and somewhat stocky - this sweater fits well across my chest and arms and is not too long! Sleeves and waist fit great. It washes well and will shrink very slightly - for me this was good as it dialed in the fit. It has retained softness after several wears and washes. It has pilled slightly, but it is not noticeable. Collar is a good height. Sweater works well with dress shirts or casually. You could wear this to work in a business casual environment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My new favorite sweaters! I bought two of these back in December, and they didn't spend much time in the closet because I liked them so much, I was wearing them almost every week over the winter. These sweaters are very comfortable, especially for layering, and I found them to be true to size and sufficiently warm to wear without a coat on milder winter days. I received several compliments about the appearance and styling of these sweaters. I will definitely be buying a few more this year!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Sweater I Own I received 2 of these for Christmas. They are extremely soft and well knitted. They are comfortably worn over a t-shirt or another dress shirt. I don't like high collars and these are the perfect height. One of those pieces of clothing that you own in every color!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice & Stylish for Southern Winters I have owned this item in the Camel color for about 2 months now. I really wanted something comfortable, yet nice to wear around the house and while running errands during our usually mild SC winters. This fits the bill well. People don't add height and weight very often in these reviews, so let me save someone some trouble here: I'm 5'9" and about 240 lbs. I ordered an XXL and really would have been perfect with just an XL. I kept it because if you dry it long enough, it will shrink up a bit. I dried the heck out of it and it still has plenty of room, even for some one a couple of inches taller than myself. Since it's for leisure, it doesn't bother me, but if I were to get one for work, I would go with the XL and follow the laundering instructions. It's thin but comfortable over a tee or button up shirt. I got mine on sale and with a coupon, so I really have no issue with the price. I'd recommend it and may try another one in the rust color. It really does feel like it has way more than 5% cashmere in it; more like 50%!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for dressy casual layering I like this sweater so much that I just bought two more to add to the two I already have - it's one of the workhorses of my fall and winter wardrobe. I typically wear these over a long sleeve button down shirt, for a dressy-casual layered look that keeps me warm and comfortable even on very cold days. I've gotten compliments on the look of this sweater. For me the fit is just right - loose enough to layer over a button-down shirt, but not so loose as to hang off me. Construction is sturdy, and the elastic wrists and waist retain their shape well.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from flimsy and stretched out I bought two of these for my two sons as dress code compliant sources of warmth in a drafty school. Without any stretch in the weave of the sweater they stretch out and become baggy quickly. I am going to try to dry them and shrink them up in the hopes they become closer-fitting but I don't have a lot of hope. Disappointed, possibly returning due to lack of satisfaction.
