I've owned this coat in red for easily 18 years and it's by far the best coat for in between seasons and mild winter weather with a warm layer. I've stitched and patched it back together multiple times because I don't want to part with it! However, this means it looks quite rough and limits where I can wear it. I decided I'd finally buy a new one for myself and am so disappointed to see that it's now only offered in one color, and one I would never wear. That light color would show everything! I'm holding off on purchasing any other type of coat because I'm hopeful you'll bring it back in other colors like you had before. I've been watching for a number of seasons now with no other offerings and I'm starting to think I, and so many others, are just out of luck. I'm hoping all the 5 star reviews will incentivize LLBean to start making these again.

Came looking for a replacement and was sad to find it only comes in two colors I would never wear. Mine s a lovely burgundy, but I seem to recall there were teal and blue ones, too. What happened? Alas, I ll have to look for something else.

Rated 5 de 5 de Tsabs par A Christmas gift in the wrong size, best coat ever So had this back in 2009 I would have bought the small or medium but my mom got it for me as a Christmas gift in the large so I wore it over bathrobes and pajamas in the winter while taking dogs outside for midnight potty trips. Best coat ever. I had the super light khaki color and when I lost some weight I happily donated it to the veterans donation pick up. Ll bean at the time had a corduroy version of this coat and I got that one instead in a small. The corduroy finally gave out on me around some buttons so I will be waiting for restock of this most essential coat. Material that will not rip or tear, room for layers, and just the most outstanding warmth. Wash it if it gets dirty, pockets for days. The best llbean insulated coat ever.

It's the only coat that I need when the temperatures stay in the 30s. I went to treat myself with a new coat this year and what do I find? You no longer offer the insulated version in petite, just in the thin flannel lined version? What were you thinking? That short people don't need to stay warm and active? I'm thoroughly disgusted that I have to find another brand that will offer me this style coat in a size that will fit my short stature. Shame on you LL Bean!!!!

Rated 5 de 5 de Big Sky Mama par Women’s Insulated Adirondack Barn Coat This is my second Adirondack Insulated Barn Coat in 20 years, and it is still a favorite of mine. I am a “birder”, and the four substantial pockets allow me to safely take all the things I use while out and about. As it isn’t a tight-fitting coat, it allows a sweatshirt or extra layer underneath, making it easy to layer. Being that it’s washable is an added bonus.

Rated 5 de 5 de CSMC par Adirondack Insulated Barn Coat I love this coat. I went down a size, but I wish I would have gone down two sizes. I am 5’11”, weigh 190 and the large is still a bit big. I do love the quality and comfort of it. It’s cozy and warm. I may end up buying the green as well.
