BUT- its true value is in the summer- not too heavy, but great sun protection. It is SO light and comfortable - I’ve already ordered 2 more in different colors

The weather was hot but the shirt--even though long sleeved--was cool! I even decided to wear it on a sunny afternoon hike, since I was worried about getting burned, but didn't want to be covered in sticky sunscreen. So glad I bought it!

I am glad that LL Bean is making the sun smart shirts. I am taking several of the shirts on trips so also excellent for travel clothes.
