Rated 2 de 5 de Todd J par Almost! Picked these up to give them a try after being a longtime wearer of Bean's Wicked Good moccasin slippers. My foot needs have changed and I was hoping to find some slippers that have a removable footbed so I can use orthotics in them without having to deal with the fuzzy, inconsistent footed that the wool provides. That, and I was hoping for a slipper that I could tighten down and get a decent heel lock, necessary for those of us that need to use carbon fiber inserts under our insoles or orthotics. The shearling footbed is cozy and comfy in terms of the feel, and, if you're looking for a uniform surface to use orthotics in (or carbon fiber inserts), the shearling wool won't afford that. I thought that with Bean selling shearling insoles that perhaps a newer style like this, and a crossover one at that (slipper/boot), would have a removable shearling insole as some competitors have (some do likewise in their moccasin slippers as well). Not so, regrettably. That said, the fit was a bit snug, which was to be expected as I normally get the wide in the moccasins (which also feel snug until the wool packs down a bit). I'd probably do better with a proper wide size, but could possible size up to afford my width in the forefoot. I'd likely be enjoying these right now if Bean would allow us to remove the insoles and use our own inserts as needed. I ended up having to go with another brand that has removable shearling footbeds. Please bring removable shearling insoles to the Wicked Good moccasins and these slipper boots, Bean, and take my money!

Rated 5 de 5 de Steve O par Highly recommended. Great boots! These are fantastic boots! They're very warm, the lining is super soft and basically hug my feet. I wear a size 11.5 and purchased the size 12 as recommended by customer service, and they fit perfect. If they ever were to wear out, I would definitely buy another pair. If I were to recommend anything different, it would be for a little more aggressive sole, but they definitely meet my needs.

Rated 5 de 5 de Bean fan par Wicked Great Boot Just purchased this item. I normally a wear a 10 1/2 Wide and purchased a size 11. The boot is warm, cozy, comfortable and a pleasure to wear. I am encouraging my wife to purchase a pair.

Too narrow of width and tight on top under the tongue as the tongue is sewn into the sides of the boot not allowing it to be loose or free so it cannot be moved. The laces actually do nothing to adjust the tightness of the boot due to the way the tongue is attached so loosening them does nothing either. Also, the boot length runs long...but as stated narrow width. Otherwise, the quality of the boot is great. It is a quality product IF it fits you. IT REALLY NEEDS WIDE SIZES!
