The large wide toe box is wonderful for my long little toes that are nearly as long as my big toe. and they don't slip in the heel. They do require loosening the laces to put them on, but once on, they fit like a dream. I've put a lot of mileage on these in the last year, and they have held up well. I even do country western dancing in them. They are a bit too warm for summer use, but are great for cool/cold weather.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Boston walker from Comfy and warm I love these shoes for general walking around in the city and my small hikes through the arboretum and other urban green spaces. I am 73 with high arches and generally walk 3-5 miles most days. I had to buy size 11 for my 10.5 feet. Plenty of room for medium weight socks and my orthotics. Easy to get on and off and plenty of cushion. These are glorified leather sneakers, not hiking boots, but they are perfect for my “urban hiking” on city sidewalks and well-travelled local dirt paths. Not sure how they would hold up in the rain, muck or snow but I have other shoes/boots for that so these stay clean.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Bridget from Warm and super comfortable I love these boots! They look cute, are very comfortable and easy to take on and off. I also wear a lift in my left shoe and the roominess of these make it easy to fit my lift comfortably.

I won't use on a trail till spring, but have been around town and the park, and I love them. I usually look for a wide size, but since the toe looked round enough I took a chance, and they fit great. Now that it's chilly I appreciate they keep my feet warmer than a sneaker would. I plan to get another pair.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Linlyn from Love these shoes stylish and comfortable, these lace-up shoes look and feel great. I have received lots of compliments when I wear them. I also have the regular Vista shoes, and I like these just as much. One tiny little issue is the length of the shoelaces -- they're a little long and it's easy to trip over them because they hang down -- probably not an issue for those with larger and/or wider feet.
