This purchase replaced the first one purchased since we noticed a snag defect in the first one after we brought it home. We love LL Bean’s great customer service since they replaced it without any hassle. The clerk was friendly and professional.

Both my 2 1/2 year old and 1 1/2 year old love their coats! They never complain about wearing it!! My 2 1/2 year old has gotten 2 years with the same coat and it still looks like new!
