Normally he buys “large”. I bought “x-large” for a Christmas gift and he likes the fit. It does not look too big; but fits perfectly. The color is a greenish hue.

It is simply a terrific hooded sweatshirt........soft, durable material with the perfect thickness. It's also a great fit for my long torso and plenty roomy without being sloppy. Perfect for layering with tee shirts and thermaskin undershirts. For reference, I have platinum/silver hair and bluish green eyes, and both the juniper green and rustic blue are very flattering colors. I'm 5'8",165-ish and the Large fits well.
