Rated 2 out of 5 by from Customer review I returned item as I believe the sleeve length is 4" too short for being classified as "tall"

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Top of the layering system A high quality baselayer, warm during the coldest of winter and wearable under a light vest when it begins to warm up. The fact that it's available in the fluorescent outdoor alert colors does not hurt either. I may wear out before this piece, it's a keeper

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good Material. Construction/Fit Needs Improvement I have one that is 2 years old that I wear consistently in the winter as a base layer and pajama top. The wool itself is comfortable, warm, and order resistant. I go 2 weeks without washing it without a problem. When I do wash it, it is always done by hand with wool soap and laid flat to dry. The length of the shirt and arms are correct. However construction wise the the armpits are cut funny. When I lift my arms up it is a bit restrictive. The material between the underside of my arm and lat bridges, and makes wing. I guess I wish it was better fitted in the armpit. Additionally, how the panels put together in this area creates a tension point in the armpit and pulls the seam apart creating a hole.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great base layer This shirt is awesome! Perfect as a base layer and feels good against the skin! Just be careful when washing and do not put in the dryer!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Merino wool, nice fitting, never too hot nor cold! Merino wool, you can wear for a couple of days if you're in a pinch as it's very odor resistant. Fit is snug (not tight), love the thumbhole cuffs. Machine washable ( I use a gentle cycle and gentle detergent). I hang dry mine (like over a chair) and it's good to go after a couple of hours.
