nice fabric, poor cut
This shirt needs shirt tails. Also, I surmise from the comments on fit that despite raglan sleeves (otherwise a good idea) the sleeves have been set in to have the arm hanging down rather than almost perpendicular like a man's shirt. This down arm shirt pattern, common now in China-designed blouses is a disaster. One cannot move one's arms up. So as much as I love the fabric, thank god no spandex, I am not going to gamble on a bad fit and a shirt with no tails.

Great shirt with jeans!
I bought this shirt shortly before taking a trip this spring. It is comfortable, and just right for cool days.
It is pricey, but I think I will wear it alot...

A Shirt for All Seasons
I bought this shirt in both the blue floral and the sailcloth stripe. The fit, styling, and denim-weight are exactly the same as the light-wash embroidered version, which I also bought and reviewed online. All the little feminine touches are a plus. At 5' 2" tall, I was pleasantly surprised that the overall length is just right on me. Only the sleeves are a bit long, but still perfectly wearable just as they are. This is a classic with personality.

Terrible boxy cut
Most everything i have purchased from LL Bean has fit perfectly - this shirt is short and has a boxy cut - very unflattering!

Odd boxy fit
The fit is tight in arms/shoulders and very boxy everywhere else. I tried both Medium (too big overall) and Small (too tight in arm pits). The material and the buttons were excellent from an aesthetic point of view. If offered in a more traditional slightly fitted shirt I would definitely buy it. I really wanted to like this shirt but the fit was such I knew I would never feel comfortable wearing it.

I had the opportunity to try this shirt on at my LLBean store. The shirt was too small, particularly around the bust. The description says "relaxed fit", but it is a fitted shirt. Also the shirt is very short, and I'm only 5'1. The material is very lightweight and I don't think it's worth the money.
