It's a very pretty mauvey-pink color, and it's a tighter weave than a lot of other Shaker stitch sweaters, which is nice. I'm a little over 5'6" tall, and the length is perfect to wear with skinny jeans and leggings, hitting between mid-thigh and knees. This sweater is not too thin or too thick, so I can see myself wearing it in fall and spring - and even on a warmer NC winter day. It is a classic that can be paired with a dressier sleeveless top for work or with a classic or graphic tee for casual times. I really didn't know what to expect when I ordered this sweater, but I'm really glad I bought it - and on sale, too!

Rated 4 out of 5 by BSBrown from comfy but... It's comfy. Nice alternative to a windbreaker. However, the pockets are so low that they are not utilitarian. Your phone and keys will fall out. I really don't understand pockets that don't serve an actual purpose.
