come on Llbean, you are better than this. I bought this jacket for a change. Fit, color and comfort are lovely. Now to the fabric. It sheds mercilessly. After laundering it several times it is still shedding. Come On Llbean, you are better than this, or so I thought!

I think this fleece molts
This jacket sheds like no other I have ever owned. I wore it for the first time in my car and I literally thought it was snowing inside my car. I rinsed it, washed it, dried it and still tiny particles flow around me like I am in a snow globe. Love the fit and feel, but it has to go back.

I liked the look and fit of this jacket. The only downside is the fabric, it feels good but oh does it shed, inside and out. Got into our truck and found these fibers all over the seatbelt strap. Inside leaves fibers on my clothes. Even after washing it, it still sheds

Comfy fleece!
My daughter bought me this jacket and it is so cozy and warm. I love it! I have had no problem with shedding and it washes like a dream.

Price doesn’t match quality
I usually don’t write reviews- The sweater is absolutely beautiful I love the color and pattern. The only problem I have is the quality. Terrible lifting of the actual material and little clumps all over. I’m constantly picking at it to remove the sweater material. I see this not lasting long and becoming very thin due to the material it is made out of. The price does not reflect the lower quality. I have a pull over sweater of a different material which was cheaper and is better quality! Hit or miss with quality

Stunned that LLB accepted this inferior fleece!
Like several other reviewers, I was dismayed by the amount of lint/fuzz shed by this handsome product. I laundered it 3 times in our washer and dryer: #1-- after wearing it once and finding my other clothing covered with fuzz; #2--again after a second wearing; #3--again after a third wearing. And it still leaves lots of lint/fuzz! I am returning it, regretfully.
Have shopped at LLB since 1956! Quality control used to be first on their list....

Perfection
It’s wonderfully soft and perfect with an outer jacket for winter and all by itself for spring temps. Now I just need to look for a nice LL Bean t-shirt to match!
