Second time around
This is a repeat purchase -/ so this in itself speaks volumes. Love the soft blue color , easy dry fabric and zip pockets -/ perfect for travel. The functional drawstring waistband is easy fitting and you can fit comfortably an under garment travel wallet.

WAY TOO SHORT! (Sadly...)
Love the straight leg version of these--in a Medium/Tall. Wanted to love these shorts but could not. They are WAY TOO SHORT!!! The inseam claims to be 9 inches. This is far too short for a tall person. I am only 5'7" but need, at least, an 11" inseam. I would like the shorts to hit just above my knee. I would buy 4-5 of these shorts, if an 11" inseam was offered. (It stands to reason that, if customers require longer inseams in pants--they need the same options in shorts???). Note: NO shorts at LL Bean are offered in anything longer than 9". Also, I do not want a "roll-down" pair of shorts--that, in order the get the length, I have to deal with an uncomfortable tab inside the leg of the shorts. You do not do this to men. Why do you do this to women?

Just Right
I just went on a trip to Sedona, AZ to do some hiking. I purchased 2 pairs in different colors and I love them. I will be buying more colors for my hikes here in WA. Great fit, very comfy, and I really like the material.

My ONLY Shorts
I can’t get around it… I am short and chunky but these shorts actually look good on me. I have the pants as well. But please, would you also make them in Kahki color as well ….shorts and pants!

I love the fit and comfort of the entire Vista line. I only wish the pockets were deeper because they don’t hold my cell phone as securely as I would like. LL Bean continues to have quality, well made, and well fitting clothes and they are my go-to. Their competition has a problem with quality control.

Best shorts I ever bought
Perfect fit, perfectly sewn, love the quick drying and cool material. The quality reminds me of the clothes my mother, seamstress, used to sew.

Not Petite Fit
Very nice lightweight fabric, waistband is soft. However, the legs are too wide and baggy for me.
