Bottoms are different in thickness-very thin cotton material. I washed the bottoms in hot water and dried on hot as the “L” is more of an “XL” tho I know cotton will shrink over time.

But once I slept in it, I loved it. It is much more comfortable for sleeping than a normal t-shirt is. And I love the design on the top and bottoms.
