Too Low On Waist
Always wear men's pants because women's are ALL cut too low on waist only to find out so are these Bean men's pants! Advice to hiking pant designers: We're all not hipless 20yr olds, and besides, hiiking pants are not supposed to barely cover your butt or ride on your hips. Would've gotten a 34"inseam, but Bean only carries 34" in Large. Needed Small.

Tropic Wear zip- leg pants

Pockets way too shallow
Love the pants but please make the pockets normal depth.. keys, phone etc.are constantly falling out

The fabric alone makes this five stars
I pray they come back with more of these pants next year. The fabric is so light and comfortable that I wonder why you would buy anything else. These pants look great and are the only pants I have ever had that can take on a warm summer day without having to turn them to shorts.

Front pockets not deep enough
I like these pants a lot except for the shallow front pockets, In all other pants, including other styles from LL Bean, I keep my phone in my left front pocket, but when I sit down, the phone falls out. Especially annoying in my car when the phone once slipped between the door and the seat while I was driving. And I almost lost it in a restaurant. The pocket liner's are sharply curved at the bottom instead of horizontal. This further reduces the functional depth, as a phone cannot slide all the way to the bottom. I switched to the zipped security pocket on the right seam, and it's large enough for a standard size phone. But out of habit I'm always reaching in my left pocket.

Shorts too long[
I didn’t buy these because the shorts length would be mid-knee for me. I’ve been searching for convertible pants and they are all 9-10” which is just to long foe me at 5’ 9”. Disappointed.
