Everyspace Recycled Waterhog Runner, Trees is rated 4.9 out of 5 by 97.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from I Really Wanted to Love This Runner, But … I was soooo excited to finally buy a runner for our back door entrance to the kitchen that would last for years rather than months. We got the water hog runner and did love it - the trees were adorable & suited our woodsy location, it vacuumed great - no pulls or snags. But after less than one month, three weeks to be exact, the trees in the middle of the runner are flattening out. The runner looks old already, and there are only two of us living here! We also bought a water hog mat for our front door entrance. That one still looks great because we rarely use that entrance. VERY disappointed in this rug that I read would last for years. I would recommend the water hog mats & runners, but not the ones with both low- and high-piled fibers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent form, function and value. I've been looking at the L.L.Bean Waterhog mats forever, and finally ordered one to replace a utility mat in our long, narrow, back door entryway. The customer reviews did not lie, and the mat is perfect. Lies flat from the get-go with no curling at the edges; tree design is charming in charcoal gray. Very much appreciate the variety of sizes and designs available. So impressed with the quality that every mat in our house will now be replaced wth a new Waterhog mat. The price point is a little higher, but considering the quality, ease of care, and the protection they offer our wood floors, I'm considering them an investment rather than an accessory upgrade.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Attractive and Tough We bought two waterhog runners. One for the front hall so we (and guests) can kick off our shoes without worrying about getting the floor wet or muddy. The other runner is in the kitchen in front of the sink and dishwasher, where most of the dripping occurs - saving us from damaging the floor there, too. The rugs are very sturdy, but thin enough for a door to open over it. They're also more attractive than similar products. We got the "tree pattern". I recommend them for everybody!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Rug is perfect for rainy winters and dogs I purchased two runners in charcoal about a month ago. They are heavy enough to take a 110 lb dog running in from outside at full speed and not move an inch. The color does not show dirt and cleans easily with a vacuum.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Loved the color and the tree print! Great rug for our entryway. Loved the color and the tree pattern. Lays flat and is thin enough that the door does not catch on it as it opens and closes. Does not slide with the nice backing

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Meets the challenge This runner was brought to be used inside my back door where there are 3 doors. One coming in my home, one going into a bathroom and also the door leading to the basement. This small space see’s a lot of shoes and pets feet. It works like a charm staying in place , collecting dog and cat Dirt and hair. I am a avid Gardner and it stops my dirt at the door also. There is enough room for me to remove my shoes before coming the rest of the way into the house. The red brings a nice brightness to a north facing doorway and It stays in place when vacuuming it daily.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fills the Bill Perfectly I purchased the bluestone tree runner for our front entry way. Color is as shown on site, a definite blue gray. We mostly need it for our dogs as they go in and out (and in and out,...), and in the past had gotten the little squares pattern. Not only did it trap the dirt, it also trapped the hair which proved very difficult to remove. Because of that, we were hesitant to get the tree pattern, but have found it much easier to remove the hair. Very happy with our purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from helps with muddy dog paws We had 5 dogs, but lost our 2 seniors recently. But still, 3 active dogs in a rainy climate can track in a lot of mud. We used to just have one small water hog doormat, good for people to wipe their feet or remove boots. But now I’ve extended it with the 8’ runner in the leaf -pattern. It’s doing a great job. Everyone pitty-pats down the runner and by the time they make it to the floor, quite a lot of the mud and water has stayed on the water hog. I’ve hosed it down outside once; looks like new. Bonus: it feels nice underfoot for the people feet, too. Pleasantly rough and cushy. We also have a rectangular water hog for standing on at the kitchen sink. Love these things! They work, and they last.
