Adults' L.L.Bean Camp Belt, Jacquard Print is rated 3.5 out of 5 by 11.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from I like how it looks but... Because I really like how it looks, can live with a little bit of slipping and can use it for jeans and casual wear I gave it an extra star. If it didn’t look as good I’d have only rated it three stars, possibly only two. The disappointing part is that I purchased it for harder use and it’s just not up to it. If you have any weight in your pockets at all the belt is going to slip and come loose. Now it has a decent tail and it’s easy to pull tight again but after a while that becomes annoying. It’s not a problem (and looks good) if just going to a restaurant, theater or to hang out somewhere but I purchased it to use for things like trail running and bouldering. There’s no way I can use it for that because it would keep coming loose all the time and in fact I think it would be dangerous for such activities because of that. I feel that it’s advertised as an “outdoorsy” belt when in fact it’s merely an “outdoor fashion statement” belt. I believe the situation with this belt is due to a fairly cheap plastic buckle. If they had put a slightly better buckle on it and even charged a little more for that I would’ve been much happier. All that said I guess I’m happier to have it than not so, I’m going to keep it and will enjoy it’s faux cache for casual use!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice design, comfortable belt This is a very nice belt: great design, very well made, a sturdy although plastic buckle and very soft. It is quite long for me, so I am thinking about cutting it a bit at the end. The buckle is comfortable, but the belt does not slide easily through it, meaning that when you just want to tighten your belt you need two hands instead of only one hand pulling it tighter around your waist.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A great belt! One size for all and there are directions to make this belt smaller. The directions are not included in the package, but are on the purchase/description site. It’s a great belt for casual hiking and I wear it all the time with my hiking shorts. I like the design on the belt.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Just what I was looking for I wanted a fabric belt to wear with shorts and summer capris, and this fit the bill. I bought the blue pattern one, and although the orange buckle isn’t really my style, I usually wear my shirt untucked so it doesn’t show. I was pleasantly surprised that the one size really did fit me, with room to spare - I wear a size 18-20 jeans and I would guess it would easily fit some 1-2 sizes larger. And it keeps my shorts up when I put my phone in my pocket!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice belt for summer Other reviewers said this belt doesn't slip, and my husband reports same. He had to cut quite a bit off, and then we did as others recommended, using a lighter to "seal" the cut edge. So far, so good.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disapointed Should have paid more attention to the reviews. Poorly made, buckle doesn't work

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Comfortable The belt is very light weight and has a good look to it. One size fits all is okay. For my waist it is about 5" too long (size 40 normally). I will probably have to cut that amount off the end otherwise the end is between belt loops and would just flop around. The belt buckle does hold the belt in place with no slippage.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from jacquard belt The look and comfy feel of this belt are great. The third time I went to put it on I noticed a sharp ridge down the middle of the belt. There seems to be a stiffness problem and it appears that a few more wearings will collapse this belt. I like and generally wear nylon belts and have never seen anything like this.
