Nice pants but too large.

I have come to despise these pants
It is harder and harder to find good khakis, these are not them. The waist is saggy but the legs are very tight. I don't like the feel of the fabric, and it is very clingy. They do look good, though, and might work for you if you have a big belly but skinny legs.

Practical and good looking
Bought for my husband to replace his disreputable sweats. He loves how comfortable they are, and he looks great in them.

Just received these pants today.
Was charged $69.95 (before discount)
Price on tag on pants was $59.95!!!!!!!!
Based on this experience I hesitate to due any future business with L.L.Bean. Can this company be trusted?

I've bought a few pairs of these....exact same size. classic fit 33/30. however some are way too baggy, some perfect, but tight after wash (cool wash and hang dry) and length varies as well, up to +/- 2 inches! Don't like fabric, want 100% cotton which is far more durable. Hate this "stretch" fad with the spandex fabric which not only causes the pants to wrinkle more but if you should happen to hit a thorn or have your cat sit on your lap and claw the hole will remain and eventually ruin the pants which does not occur with all cotton canvas.( can't heavy guys just buy a bigger size?) The tropic weight pants they used to carry, (100% light weight cotton) now only available in the silly carpenter style were the most comfortable and durable pants I ever purchased from LL Bean.......why they refuse to bring them back over 7 years of my requesting is a mystery......certainly I can't be alone in my preference (?)
