Fit, material, look, durability, comfort, and overall quality are exceptional. I've bought at least 10 of these since they were introduced and wear them every week fall-spring. Washing once/week they last about three years before the collar fold starts to fray or elbows wear through. As others have asked the LLBean products team - please keep selling these unchanged and with same supplier, except maybe add some more colors / patterns.
