Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from Just buy it... Im using this for a 28" CZ Upland Ultralight in 20G. The quality of the bag is exceptional for the cost to quality ratio. The pocket on the outside has a bucke AND velcro to keep the flap closed. The velcro(hook and loop) runs the length of the flap. I am able to keep snapcaps, 3 choks/wrench and boresnake and a few sets of foam ear plugs. Inside you will find a large piping that was a pleasant surprise. This essentially keeps either part of your firefarm from inadvertently sliding out and very well done quilting. The bag is robust, the leather is substantial yet supple and I would buy another in a heartbeat.

Heavy duty waxed cotton with all leather — no pleather — trim. Hardware is likely a steel alloy — not brass — but functionally ornate. Nylon zipper to negate potential scratches. Encased foam bumper prevents frame/butt from sliding deep in pocket. Serviceable exterior storage pouch found and a bore snake. 30” is a perfect fit for my SxS with 28” barrels. Well done LLB!

Rated 3 out of 5 by Anonymous from Too Small for a 30” o/u barrel. I liked the finish quality, material and features, but it’s not designed to hold a 30” barrel despite being a 30” case. If it was an inch longer it would be fine. It would be perfect for a 28” barrel. I had to send it back.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Bob M from A Most Satisfactory Gun Bag This is an old-style, traditional case for a take-down (double barrel) shotgun, very unobtrusive, convincingly safe (since the gun is broken down for transit). It matches my Boyt cases and stores more coveniently in the back of the car than a long case. The barrel is secured from interfering with the stock and action by a stout canvas partition. Interior is soft. Perfectly satisfied with this traditional piece of gear.
