Women's L.L.Bean Midweight Base Layer, 1/4 Zip, Print is rated 4.7 out of 5 by 14.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Sad about sizing This is a super cute top, I bought it for a lightweight running top in upstate NY. I almost always take size XS, but this XS is actually baggy in the shoulders and arms. I would have wanted to exchange it for petite, but that is sold out everywhere. This type of top doesn't insulate as well when it's not fitted, so I recommend ordering a size down if you want it to fit like thermals.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Warm & Comfortable! I needed new thermals to wear under my winter jacket for skiing or snowshoeing. This 3/4 zip mid-weight top is perfect! The stitching allows me to move freely, and stays in place. It is thick enough to keep me warm while active, but also allows my skin to breathe. The pattern is pretty as well! I would highly recommend it, especially with the matching tights!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice layer for skiing Great styling -- nice colors and pattern, good fit, and love that it's made from recycled material (sustainably made with fair wages and working conditions for workers who make and sell it is what I look for in every purchase I make).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My favorite Base Layer. This is probably my favorite Base Layer. Feels nice next to your skin, moisture does move to the outside of the shirt, keeping you drier and warmer in cold weather. Long enough to stop shirt from creeping up. Bought this in a small to fit closer to the body, fits nicely without being tight, and it just looks good. Looks good as new after several washings. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Fabric, Effective Warmth I was lucky to get this on sale and took a chance with an XS, which is perfect as an underlayer (I normally like a looser fit). I wore it under a medium weight breathable tech fabric and felt warmth without bulkiness and I liked it better than a silk turtleneck as an underlayer. With a medium 200 wt fleece vest & a raincoat, I was fine in 36 degrees, just standing for an hour.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Favorite Shirt This is now my favorite top. Doesn’t overheat but adds nice comfort on colder days. I’ve worn it casually and on the trail. Alone and under another layer. I have wider shoulders and longer arms than the average female and this shirt fits perfectly and looks nice. The thumb holes do not tug up like some other shirts do. I would purchase again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect cold weather base layer This is the second base layer I have purchased. I love them! This is a perfect top for running in cooler weather or working out in at the gym during the colder months. I’ve Ice skated indoors with this top and was very comfortable. Material is soft and non binding and washes well. Highly recommend.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Fair I would not consider this a mid weight base layer as it is too thin. I am wearing it as a light weight base layer. I live in upstate New York and it gets quite cold and damp at times and I need base layers to stay warm.
