Women's PrimaLoft Packaway Gloves is rated 3.8 out of 5 by 122.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Surprisingly Warm! I got these gloves to match my new Packaway jacket of the same color. Walked the dog this morning in 24 degree weather and my hands were toasty warm. My hands are always cold and I have tried many pairs of gloves from polartec to shearling and always cold. This morning I just forgot my hands usually get cold, these just work and are very light and take up very little space in my jacket pocket. One thing, tho, the gloves’ design is short in the cuff and it’s easy for your wrists to get cold. I had to tuck them under my jacket sleeves to keep my wrists from being exposed. Other than that, I’d give these 5 stars.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Brrr, FREEZING COLD When these first came out, they were very warm but fell apart at the seams. These are 'second generation' LLBean 'replacement/substitue' gloves they sold several years ago. Even with my hands inside a down coat they are freezing on a 30 degree day. Actually they seem to make your hands colder than the outside temperature. The rest of me was hot, my fingers were freezing. To bike in the winter, I wear these inside a mitt that is just a shell with chemical heat warmers to keep from my fingers from freezing, the thumbs are always cold. Returning.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Warm, light and easy on the pockets I really appreciate the bulk-free aspect of these warm, lightweight gloves. They fit into my pocket or bag without getting in the way. So far I have worn them on chilly, windy days and the gloves have kept my hands comfortable. These are not for rough use; they don't provide cushioning, and I expect they're best for dry conditions, so I won't be using them when shoveling snow or making snow people. These are good looking, reasonably sleek and comfy gloves for wearing on the commute and around town.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Fell apart I bought several items from LL bean this winter, and everything else got a 5 star review, keeping me warm/dry and staying sturdy. These sadly are the one bad apple in the bunch. Around February they started to come lose at the seams, and I wasn’t doing anything other than using them for when I went running. A real shame, as they kept my hands were, which a lot of gloves don’t.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Warm and comfortable! My hands get cold really easily (I start wearing light gloves in September if the morning is chilly) so I knew I wanted to up my glove game this year. I need comfortable gloves that maintain my dexterity AND keep my fingers warm and these gloves deliver! These are never going to replace my thick ski mittens for serious outdoor adventures, but for driving to work in the morning without losing feeling in my fingers, these gloves are perfect! The smartphone compatible finger tips (the black parts on the underside) work well enough to take a photo or quickly check a text, but I wouldn't type a message wearing these gloves. Luckily they compress to fit easily in my coat pockets. When I tried these on in the store, my hands immediately felt warm and cozy and now that I've had a chance to use these walking around Quebec City in 10 degree F temperatures, I know they keep my hands warm when I'm being an Outsider too!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice gloves but... I really like these gloves...they fit well, they are warm without being bulky....BUT they are not holding up. I purchased in October and have a split where the fabric meets the palm on the right and a hole in the top of one of the left fingers. I would be willing to try another pair.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not improved at all. You think you are improving products when you are not. I cherished a pair of these gloves for two winters, then lost them. They were light, well-made, and classy. The patches on the palms and the terrible new lining make this version of the glove look cheap and bulky and I could barely move my hand, if you have any of the old ones in stock, please contact me. I am tired of going through this disappointment whenever I try to reorder my favorites.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Handle with Care I bought these gloves in the fall of 2019 and loved them. Soft, warm and comfortable, I wore them every day for a little over a month. Although I didn't use them for yard work or anything anyone would consider rough work, they started to show a lot of wear--the main fabric, not the palm/finger grips. I returned them but missed them so much I bought them again this spring. I'm sure if I treat them like a dress/casual pair of gloves they will hold up much better. I really like these gloves.
