Women's Snow Sneakers 4 with Arctic Grip, Low Lace-Up is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 86.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Break in for wonderful comfort I agree with another review which said they must be broken in gradually. As they're higher to the ankles, it's very necessary to eliminate the rubbing. However, once broken in, these shoe boots are absolutely great! They're the ony boots I wear all winter long and are perfect in every way! The Arctic Grip is awesome.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My go-to winter footwear These provide a good grip on icy ground. They are warm and comfortable with a roomy toe box. These are my second pair. I hope Bean keeps making them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Shoes but Must Break In I purchased these shoes for the PrimaLoft insulation, as I wanted to be able to take walks in the cold weather, and my toes are vulnerable to the cold. However, I don’t think the shoes should be called “Sneakers,” which to me indicates an athletic walking shoe, and these shoes are pretty stiff. They turned out later on to be great for walking in cold weather, but my advice is to break them in slowly, maybe a half mile at a time. Also, they come up a bit high, hitting my ankle bones, so I place some padding in my socks there to take care of it, and they’re fine. At least now I can walk outdoors in the winter thanks to PrimaLoft.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Grip Snow Sneakers I absolutely love these Snow Sneakers. The traction is heavy duty. I previously purchased Adults Stabilicers Bean Traxx Traction Device (ICE CLEATS) and they work great on icy conditions. However, on the days when there was just alittle snow on the ground I needed something without ice cleats but at the same time had good traction. These did the trick. I feel more stable when I’m wearing these. I’d rather pay for good stable shoes now than for a possible broken hip later 🤣

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good winter shoe I purchased my normal size 9. It fits true to size. I would like more support, replacing the insole fixed that. The heel slips a bit, this got better with the new insole. I live in the upper peninsula of Michigan where roads and parking lots are normally snow and ice covered for months (except for this year which is very mild). I got them for the traction of the sole, a shoe I can walk over the parking lot and into stores. They work very nicely for this. They don’t grip like Yaktraks but I definitely have better footing on snow and ice. I would recommend them for older ladies with new knees who really don’t want to fall or walk like penguins. Younger women will like them too!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Functional shoes for winter conditions. These shoes are really good for snowy and icy conditions. They look better than my stabilizers attached to boots, but they are not exactly flattering. Perhaps L.L.Bean could design a shoe with “Artic Grip” that is more stylish for women who want to look nice and also be safer walking in the winter.
