Plenty of stretch, very soft, they wick away sweat and keep me comfortable either as a base layer or as yoga tights. Wore these this morning for a challenging power yoga class and they were awesome. Stayed in place, no pinching or binding, even when I (attempted) jumping moves. Excellent.
