Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Kindle tote & misc. gear Wow. I thought I'd try getting one of these because it got some great reviews. I am so glad I did. I can now put my Kindle in a nice padded tote that has a velcro strap inside to keep it from falling out or moving around. The inside pockets are great for headphones and chargers. But I can keep much more than just those items in it. If I had other technology I could also put it in there. If I go on vacation or travel I will definitely bring this. Thumbs up to LL Bean for this awesome item. I also had mine monogrammed with my first name. Came out real nice. My only thought is I wish the carry straps were longer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome This tech bag is awesome, I bought it to carry my iPad in and some papers and such, but I can even fit my HP laptop 15.6 inch in it with my iPad Pro, mouse for my laptop, cords, Apple Pencil with case and still have some room. It still zips closed completely and I'm not forcing it to zip closed. It's great with the carry straps and does fit in backpacks as well. I will definitely be using this for school, travel and around town when I want to bring my electronics. I could probably even fit a notebook in there as well. It's slender and not bulky and definitely going to withstand a lot.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Bag! I needed that one perfect bag to safely transport my electronics while traveling in our RV. This bag is like a mini office - room for my small laptop, iPad Air (with a rather large Zagg protective case), phone, cables, earbuds, flash drives, pens/pencil case, stamps, small paper pads, etc, etc, etc. The design is like a briefcase, but without the flaps, straps, buckles and whatnots that increase the size and weight to the point that it becomes cumbersome to carry and/or store. Well padded/quilted (so I can travel with my iPad sans Zagg) and, like everything LL Bean sells, well constructed. Although I haven't tried it yet, I feel this bag will easily slip inside of a backpack (if so, I may get another for my son, the college student). I chose Royal Blue - very nice. Other nice features: Reflective stripe, exterior zipper pocket for money and maps, key strap, vertical rather than horizontal handles (I'm 5'2" tall and the bag hangs at least a foot above the ground when my arm is fully extended). Thanks, LL Bean, for making the right bag right when I needed it!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from BEST EVER You can't beat this computer "tote"/bag. The shorter handle means you have a better grip than just an over-the-shoulder strap (which means it won't keep slipping off your shoulder). There is an outside zippered pocket for cords. Inside there are two quilted pockets one that can accommodate standard-sized files and the other, incidentals. Contents in these quilted pockets are held in check by one wide & strong elastic tab fastener. Facing these quilted pockets are two very deep pockets that can hold a cell phone/check book/ wallet/pens etc. These two pockets are backed by a full-length zippered pocket that runs almost the entire width and breadth of the case. The only other thing that "could" be added would be a separate strap that would give a person the ability to carry the bag as a "cross-body bag" allowing the bag to remain safe and secure while having both hands free.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Needs Shoulder Strap This is a good case for tech devices. I carry multiple devices and love the inside room. One thing that would make it the best case would be to have a cross-body strap on D-rings on each side below the zipper. I agree with everyone else who suggests that. I may try adding it myself. When traveling it would be much more convenient to put the tote over my shoulder to have my hands free to pull other Bean luggage and carry other things. It would help keep the devices safer by not banging around by hand-carrying.
